This policy outlines what data we collect when you browse this site or sign up for service, our reasons for collecting it, and your available options. We request only essential information and never sell your personal data to third parties.
Information we collect
When you submit an order or contact our support team, we collect the information you supply: your name, email, WhatsApp or phone number, your chosen plan, and — for MAG-type devices — the MAC address necessary for activation. While you browse, our hosting platform captures standard technical information including your IP address, browser type and the pages you opened.
All payments are handled by external payment processors. We only get confirmation of completed transactions along with transaction reference numbers. We never see or store your full card number.
Why we use it
- To activate, renew and support your subscription.
- To answer your messages and provide installation help.
- To detect abuse, credential sharing and fraudulent orders.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
- With your permission, we'll send occasional updates or special offer notifications — you can opt out anytime with a single reply.
Who we share it with
Data is shared solely with partners essential to operating our service: payment gateways, server and hosting companies, and messaging services. Each receives only the minimal data required for their role. We also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Billing and transaction records are retained for the duration required by accounting regulations. Support tickets are preserved during your active membership and for a reasonable timeframe afterward to assist if you resubscribe. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.
Your rights
You can request access to your stored information, ask that we update it, or request its removal after legal and contractual requirements have been met. You may also withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time. Write to siptview@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Security
Customer data is accessible only to support staff, and all transfers between you and this site are encrypted. No system is perfect: please never send your password to anyone who asks for it outside our official WhatsApp number or email address.
Children
Our service is marketed to adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from children — see our children's statement for parental controls and family viewing.
